It was produced in a variety of colors, mostly pink, monax, cobalt, and ruby. Cobalt is especially prized by collectors for its deep blue color and its comparative rarity. Made during the first half of the 1930s, American Sweetheart depress glass, was available in a wide variety of shapes, including salt and pepper shakers, vegetable bowls, dessert plates, lamp shades, goblets, and many many more.
